Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days after purchase. 

We ship worldwide using international mail with track and trace, or with UPS, depending on the provider selected at checkout (exception: parcels to the United States are sent only with UPS). 

Prices may vary depending on item weight and destination. The final price including shipping is calculated at checkout. Any additional duties and taxes are payable by the recipient upon arrival. 

Please note that we reuse our packaging. Therefore, if you’re our repeat customer, not all orders may come in similar-shaped boxes. However, we take utmost care to pack everything in sturdy and protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. 

Velvet Archive is not responsible for lost packages. In case of loss or delays, please contact the selected shipping provider.
