Late 90s and early 2000s are two of the golden eras of vintage Miu Miu. Collections of the time are lauded for their combination of utilitarianism and aesthetic appeal. While mainline Prada featured numerous garments in nylon, Miu Miu showcased shoes and accessories in a different synthetic fabric — neoprene. 

This rectangular handbag features a strict geometric silhouette and rigid rubbed handles. From a distance, neoprene may look like wool or canvas. However, its synthetic properties make it as durable and resistant to water as leather. The front and the rubber handles are embossed with the Miu Miu logo. The interior compartment closes with a velcro flap.
